Schwichtenberg Personalberatung  was founded in Berlin in 2003 by lawyer Jörg Schwichtenberg. From the beginning, it was our mission, trusting to use the many contacts and expertise from networks.

Our aim is to fill jobs permanently. Our work begins in your company. In a first personal meeting the staffing needs will be discussed. Further more the search process will be illustrated.

After issuing the order, the profile of the person sought is created and confirmed by you.  A competence team then performs the search and selection of the best. Aptitude testing and reference check round off the successful selection of talent.
